Karl holds an MBA, an Honors Degree in Industrial Sociology and a post graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching. He is experienced in large-scale organization transformation and is adept at catalyzing change for breakthrough results. He is dynamic, analytical and talented in seeing through complexity and linking strategic patterns and issues related to transformational change in ways that inspire commitment and action.

He has, over 20 years, designed and delivered large-scale transformation projects around the world. Industries he has worked in include Minerals and Resources, Heavy Industry, Manufacture, Construction, Utilities, Petrochemical, Media and Financial Services.
