MEET ISRAEL

I am a safety professional by training, and have extensive experience in safety systems and processes across a wide spectrum of the mining industry. I transitioned through various roles in my profesional career path. 

I have a broad understanding of safety culture, what drives it, behaviours and how they affect the culture and how leaders may best perform to achieve the type of culture that is desirable. True to my conviction that the foundation of any business environment is a strong team, I have developed very strong and resilient safety practioners over the years. With my proven tenacity and people engagement capability and the conviction of courage, I relentlessly and energetically spearheaded behaviour based safety initiatives that came to bear.
