MEET BRETT

Brett has twenty plus years of global consulting and coaching experience specializing in safety leadership and the development of high-performance teams. He has pioneered new thinking and research-based approaches to leadership driven safety performance which has enabled clients to achieve sustainable safe operations. His experience spans leadership roles in the Australian SAS where he served as a Major and a Free-Fall Troop Commander, and as an operations and business manager for two multi-national companies.

Brett understands risk and human factors and what it takes to safely lead operations in a variety of high-risk industries and environments. This understanding was developed and put to use in leadership roles in business, Special Forces, motorsport, and as a senior sky-diving instructor responsible for running drop zone operations.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) from ECU, Western Australia as well as a Graduate Diploma and a Graduate Certificate in Management.
