MEET GARY
Gary has more than 20 years industrial practice and abundant EHS management experience. He is EFC’s Tech Academy leader and chief trainer for the course of Executive EHS Leadership. He is also the industrial practitioner on safety culture change and human & organizational performance (HOP) improvement. Since 2015, Gary closely worked with Todd Conklin and Bob Edwards on introducing HOP philosophy to China and integrated HOP with safety coaching and leading EFC HOP team to provide field coaching on organizational safety performance improvement.
Gary is a practical expert on ergonomics risk management and assessment. He is the professional instructor on occupational health and ergonomics and is the EHS mentor for the School of Environmental Science & Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Gary worked for Lingnan Business School, Sun Yat-sen University as EHS Academy Operation Director/Senior instructor, GE Corporate Asia, GE Plastics, Oil & Gas as Asia Health &Safety program manager and China EHS manager, Merck Chemical China EHS Director, and various IH, EHS role for Ciba Specialty Chemical, SMIC and Shipyard building industry.
