MEET JACOB

I am a registered Industrial psychologist, with a keen interest in people, technology, and business. This has served me well in the design and implementation of various projects, from the development of new assessments and training programs to automating psychometric functions.

I have been fortunate to gain broad first-hand experience in industries such as mining, manufacturing, and petrochemicals. This, along with my years working as an independent consultant, enables me to create fit for purpose solutions. My personal objective is to continually grow my capabilities, skills, and competence in order to enhance my effectiveness and add value. I am passionately curious, and I strive to continually advance my knowledge and expertise.
